- All ducks entered are provided by SYBS and shall remain the property of SYBS.
- Once the ducks are launched, they are on their own. No attempt to free or interfere with any duck is permitted, unless deemed necessary by the Rubber Duckie Race Committee.
- Depending on weather, wind, water current and other conditions, the Rubber Duckie Race Committee, in its sole discretion, may decide to alter the race course and the position of the finish line.
- A number is applied to each duck corresponding to the ticket numbers provided to donors. The persons assigned the numbers corresponding to the first ducks in order of finish will be awarded prizes.
- Positive identification will be required to claim any prize(s) won.
- Only the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes designated will be provided. Any taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
- By entering, the entrants release the sponsors, the beneficiary, its officers, directors, volunteers, staff and other related parties from any and all liability with respect to prizes.
- By entering, winners consent to the promotional use of their names and likenesses without additional compensation.
- Contestants do not have to present in order in win.
